Terms of Service

By using ACCUM, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These Terms are between you and RADLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("ACCUM," "we," "us").

ACCUM combines live snow conditions and avalanche forecasts into a single decision — GO, CAUTION, NO-GO, or SKIP — for resorts and zones you look up, with the rule that safety always wins. It is an information and decision-support tool.

ACCUM is not a substitute for official avalanche forecasts, professional training, proper equipment, or your own judgment in the field. Avalanche terrain is inherently dangerous and conditions change rapidly. Verdicts are advisory and may be based on incomplete, delayed, or unavailable data. Always consult your regional avalanche center's bulletin, carry appropriate gear, travel with trained partners, and make your own decisions. You are solely responsible for your safety and your choices in the backcountry and on the mountain.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ACCUM. Decisions involving avalanche terrain require adult judgment and training.

• ACCUM offers paid tiers (Pro and Summit). Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions are sold and managed through your app store (Google Play) or, on the web, through our payment partners (RevenueCat / Stripe). They auto-renew until cancelled.
• Manage, cancel, or request refunds through the store or billing portal you purchased from — not through us. Store refund policies apply.
• If we change subscription pricing, we'll give notice as required by the store and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use ACCUM for any unlawful purpose.
• Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the conditions API or service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the app or its data feeds.

The ACCUM app, brand, design, and code are owned by RADLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

ACCUM is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any verdict, forecast, score, or AI-generated summary is accurate or complete. AI output in particular may be wrong — verify it. See the safety disclaimer above.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RADLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss, injury, or death arising from your use of — or reliance on — ACCUM. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RADLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company from claims arising out of your use of ACCUM or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using ACCUM at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms. The safety disclaimer, IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing-law clauses survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms; we'll change the date at the top and, for material changes, give notice in the app or on this site.
