Delete your data
You can close your ACCUM account at any time. Closing it deletes the account and everything attached to it.
Not signed in?
Email support@accum.io from the address on your account. We use the sending address to confirm the request is yours, so a request from another address will be refused.
What gets deleted
- Your account: the email address, sign-in identity, and sign-in timestamps.
- Your subscription records held by ACCUM — the plan, store and renewal dates linked to your account.
What is not ours to delete
- An active subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel billing. Cancel it first in the App Store, Google Play, or the web billing portal — whichever you bought it from.
- Your saved favorites. They live only on your device and never reach us, so they are yours to clear from within the app or by clearing its local data.
- Purchase records your app store is legally required to keep. Those belong to Apple or Google, not to us.
